PressF5 Woocommerce plugin/App that integrates external POS systems.
PressF5 can bring product and member information from your external POS system into woocommerce to enhance your business’ online experience.
PressF5 can send online orders, made through Woocommerce, to your external POS system for processing in a similar way to your business’ in-store experience.
Product data flows from the external POS system into Woocommerce.
Changes made to products in the external POS system will be reflected in Woocommerce (via the synchronisation process). Notable changes will be prices, stock levels, description, etc.
It is important to understand that the external POS system is always treated as the source of truth.
Changes made to products that have been synchronised from the external POS system may be overwritten by the synchronisation process.
Products created in Woocommerce will not participate in plugin activities.

Delivery PLU – A delivery PLU in SwiftPOS must exist.
Website Member Classification – SwiftPOS Member Classification number for website customers.
Gateway Media id’s – SwiftPOS media name to report Payment Gateway payments.
API Location – Location Id used for API connection.
API User ID – Authorised User ID for the API connection.
API User Pin – Authorised User Pin for the API connection.
WooCommerce Settings:
Retry Time – Retry sending failed order time (minutes).
Retry Interval – How often to attempt retries (minutes).
Admin email addresses – List of email addresses to send notifications to.
Send On-Hold orders – Will orders that are set to on-hold be sent.
Send Processing On-Hold orders – Will orders that are changed from on-hold to processing be sent.
Local Pick Up Method – Shipping Method you have defined as ‘local pick up’.
Subscribe to – SMS/Email Tick boxes.
Hide Order Notes – Prevents the Order Notes option from displaying on Checkout page. Sent as an Instruction to the POS.
Hide Product Count – Tick box Prevents the Product count showing for each category in the shop pages.
